My regular cab 2014 Tacoma's radio would reboot itself occasionally, about once every 2 or 3 weeks. I've read here other Tacoma owners have the same issued also. I still have the original battery in my truck and every now and then I perform a load test with one of those fixed load battery testers. Back in January I gave it a load test and the battery showed weak. I removed the terminals clamps (for the first time and yes I should be more on top battery maintenance). The teminals were a bit dirty. So I again recheck the battery only this time clamps were placed directly on the battery terminals and the battery was showing good. So I just cleaned the terminals and closed hood and happy that I didn't have to go for a battery-yet! But ever since then the radio has work without rebooting, go figure?
