@t0p_d0g so I just did an oil change on my truck and I’m driving it out of the neighborhood and all is fine and I get down the road to a stop sign and when I take off it kind of made a screeching noise but only once. Hasn’t done it since…..weird.

That’s a hard call without hearing it. Did it sound like a belt?

How tall are those uprights, and how high does your forklift reach? You're under utilizing a lot of your vertical space if your forklift can reach the top of those frames plus 2" for lift off

(I design and sell pallet rack to big warehouses)

not my shop so it really doesn’t matter to me. It’s a fairly small company. Only 3 employees. They make it work so it’s fine lol.

When you get home check the belts. If it’s not that I wouldn’t worry about it.

so there was no noise yesterday after it happened and then today at the SAME stop sign it made the noise at yesterday, it made it again today. I was like what’s going on! It’s so hard to explain because I’m not expecting it and the radio is on lol. But other than the noise all seems good.

As he stated, need to try & isolate & can be tough....
    Belts seem plenty tight?
Could be the u joints haunting you again...

A cure all which really isnt going to hurt anything if it continues,
    Dont use belt dressing...
Put a tiny dollop of brake caliper slide grease on the each belt, on the front & back sides & even the sides.
Just a tiny bit, using your finger, dollop no bigger than a dime.
    Not going to hurt anything.
We use it alot to resolve belt squeeks when they get contaminated with coolant or other issues were trying to resolve.

If you here the noise & do that, all of a sudden you no longer can reproduce the noise, you somewhat isolated the area you need to focus on.
    Or, you fixed it...
As long as the belts are tensioned correctly.

The belts were my first thought and I suggested OP to check them but not sure he has yet.

From what OP is describing I think he has a tension problem on one of the belts.

My 1st gen Tacoma's A/C compressor would make a funny noise for just an instant, but only when it was cold. I feel engine accessories and their tensioner pulley bearings might be worth looking into here if you didn't already replace/rebuild/check over that stuff during your rebuild.

yeah I didn’t replace any accessory tensioners. So that might need to happen and see if I can get that noise away. Only happened once yesterday and once today so far.

I did check the belts and they all seem tight as far as I can tell. There really isn’t any way to check “how tight” they are but they aren’t loose that’s for sure.
