Camburg billet uppers. 2.5 fox dsv coilovers and fox dsv rear. +2in wheel spacers . Deaver stage 1 leafs . Magnaflow overlander exhaust. K&N cold air intake.
Hey y’all I’m new here and just bought a 2022 trd offroad. I just ordered Camburg billet uppers with fox dsc front and back and Magnaflow overlander exhaust. And looking for deaver stage 1. I’m putting 2 in spacers and fuel revolver wheels with 33in nitto ridge grapplers. I want to know has anyone had to recalibrate speed sensors or had any issues with tranny shifting or crawl mode? A buddy of mine who’s a mechanic Reccomended asking in the forums and see what y’all say. Thanks for all the help in advance!!

    Welcome to the forum!
Hypertech and rough country both sell a speedometer calibrator that plugs in behind the dash cluster after it’s been programed.
The RC costs a little less but is the exact product

You should have no issues with speed sensors or with any systems that use them for functionality. Transmission shift issues, and most other common complaints with the 3.5 can be easily solved by tuning. Some of the most popular tunes here are Nexus/Blackhawk, CVC & KDMax. There are others do a quick search will get you lots of info on each. Get tuned it's well worth it!

You will have issues with wheel spacers causing significant rub on the front cab mounts.

Also if you're gonna lift swap the front diff needle bearing for an ECGS bushing while you have it apart. The needle bearing is cause for alot of vibration complaints post lift.

His speedometer and odometer displaying incorrect information because of the larger tires would be considered an issue by most

It would be if thats what he asked, pretty sure he is asking about wheel speed sensors not the speedometer sensor in the transmission.

Yes. . What the speedo actually shows is the least of my concerns. I’m worried about shifting points in the tranny and stuff like that. And with the rub on the cab mounts. Can that just be shaved down to eliminate the rub? And thanks everyone for the help!!

    A bunch..and no build thread!
I had my truck tuned after the lift, tune took into account the larger tires and all is well.

My 1 inch lift and 32s made my speedo more accurate.

Search around dude everything you could possibly want to know about lifts and fitting larger tires can be found in abundance here.

And again all of your shifting problems, in fact all of your crappy driving experiences, can be cured with a custom tune.

You have a nice setup . It’s my want to . Just wondering why add 2 inch wheel spacers to your after market revolver wheels. Is the backspacing not enough? Might have better to just get the wheels with the right backspacing instead of adding 2 inch spacer. Just my opinion.
