I am a glorious 17 owner however, so i understand your frustration.

 

Classic tactic when the dealer knows the vehicle is too good for the owner. I see it all the time.

For instance, a fella is really interested in a Lexus, but he’s kinda a mouth-breather, so the salesman says “whoops the Lexus won’t start, how bout this nice Yaris”. Hate to say it, but 2017 is kinda exclusive.

 

17 owners arent swindled that easily

It’s more like you made the cut. The truck was selling so hot at the time, only the very best drivers got to buy
them. I only got mine because I showed up with driving gloves on.

Nah......I get to sit in the ‘2017 Lounge’ they have set up at my dealer. Truck is problem free, so it’s more of a place to hang out with other 2017 people and swap stories from the road.

 

theres only ever gonna be 200k or so of us. very exclusive club. not letting 19s in.

well I have a 2017 with 83,000 miles on it. I just noticed when I make turns the truck seems like it wants to stall out. Also the rear of the truck shakes a bit This does not happen all the time and when it does it is only for for a few seconds and then it drives normally. It not that bad yet but I do believe it will get worse. Taking it to the dealership tomorrow

 

Depends on when and where the truck was built. It’s not all 18-19. My 19 is good.

 

This thread is getting long in the tooth.
