I got a Bumper shield from Superbumper.com and fits perfect, but they threw in a DuraSafe receiver lock and it will not lock. St seems like it 1/8 to short. Has anyone else experienced this problem?
    Thanks

If it's what I think it is, there are rubber o-rings on either side. Remove them.

There is an O ring in the inside but that does not give me any more room. When I push the locking part on the pin is not quite long enough.

I had to get a longer lock for my hitch. Don't know why some are just short.

Yea, just took the superbumper off and tried it. Nope to short. Notice: The superbumper is really cool. Do not buy the locking pin from DuraSafe. It just won't fit. I sent the company an email to see if they have any longer pins, we will see.

Most Toyota models require a longer locking pin because their receiver hitches are wider than most for some reason.

It is noted on our web site but it's easy to miss.
