Receiver Recommendations?

I'm getting a '06 Tacoma for my first vehicle pretty soon. Instead of mindlessly googling my question I thought I'd ask the people who actually have the truck.

Everything about the truck is stock and I want to buy a new receiver. I only want Android auto, backup camera, and basic radio support. I don't need CD, SD card, Sirus XM, etc. support. Does anyone have one or can point me in the direction of one? I'd eventually want to put a subwoofer in it but I don't know how that would work with it being an access cab, is there even room for one? Thank you.

 

I installed a Dasiata head unit lately and have two powered subs mounted under the rear seats and mine is a 2007 access cab
