    Yeah not being around salt will make a world of difference but the new frames rust just as bad so id try something just to be safe and insure no rustage. Id say a treatment of fluidfilm would be a good idea, super quick and easy to apply too!

    The service advisor I've been dealing with has been excellent throughout this entire frame ordeal. Tempted to tip him a $20 or something, would that be weird?

    Take your time. Look it over. Make sure the body is aligned. Don't be scared to go back and ask for things to be redone.

    Decided to invest in the truck and get a few preemptive things done while they are in there. Will do a full write up when it's done.

    Nice. I got the timing belt, water pump, thermostat, and drive belt for $659. No issues with the frame swap though.

    So far zero issues. Bed alignment is spot on, ride is smooth, no codes, coolant temp is a solid 190... Very pleased.
