Recently Upgraded To A 2012 Tacoma

    I have owned Toyota trucks for years. First I had a 1984 4WD DLX long bed, then I went to a new 1994 4WD DLX, and just recently I purchased a 2012 Tacoma 4WD Reg Cab, w/ a 2.7L motor.

    I must say that the Tacoma is much more refined than my previous models. Better power, better ride, and even better fuel economy. I am impressed!

    I now accelerate up hills that I used to stay at steady speed on. But the big surprise is that I am getting roughly 15% better MPG. My old 1994 Toy, never got more than 20 MPG, and my new Tacoma with only 175 miles on it, gets a tad over 23 MPG combined City/Highway. I bet it sneaks up to 24 MPG after an oil change or two...

    I am very happy with my purchase.
