Recommend A Tire?

I've got about 50k on my stock tires (2013 Tacoma DC OR) and they need to go. They've always kind of sucked in the rain/snow but now it's getting dangerous. 99% of my driving is on-road and I do tow regularly.

Must haves:
- Stock size that won't rub
- Good in snow/rain
- Won't affect my highway gas mileage
- Good tow rating (I tow an enclosed trailer full of track bikes/gear on a semi-regular basis)

Would likes:
- Not ass-rapingly expensive
- Somewhat aggressive look
- Not extremely noisy

What are some good options?
