Great advice, I did this to the rotor when I replaced a wheel stud last fall. In the rust belt, we need all the help we can get, I know one side will be easier when I have to replace pads/rotors this spring.

Bringing this thread back to life... Just took my truck in for state inspection and need to replace the rear shocks by end of this month. Currently have stock suspension on my 05 with 126k. I read the OP did 4600's to only replace his rear to keep stock height. I am wondering if I plan to replace the rears now then do the fronts later this summer could I get away with 5100s for now only on the rear? Also are 5100s the recommended on a DCLB that I do occasional towing with a small boat during duck season and a few summer fishing trips. I have a bed cover but would put a cap on it when I come across one while having the extra cash.

Lastly, would I need to be doing anything to the leaf springs once I replace the rear shocks or after I do 5100s all round? Thanks in advance!

I am in the same boat. Hitting 100K, replacing both front and back... but also wonder if it’s worth putting in new springs to level the front? Do I need a driver side spacer to prevent sag? Thinking the Eibach pro truck t e80-82-007-02-22 or the 5100’s with Eibach springs. 90% commute 10% off-road fun.

Thanks for advice... going to install myself.
