    Why not go to Crutchfield and get one of the many wireless carplay/Android auto head units?

    This thread is over a year old, many options nowadays.

    True but I have seen these units for double the price from Toyota. The only reason I would pay for it is to guarantee compatibility.

    There are a lot of nice units on Crutchfield but they look more complicated to set up, requiring, brackets, adapters etc. and then the risk of losing features..
