LMFAO right? Money hungry, selling cheap products. That's what they known for.

I had a bad experience at JSP.

I was referred to them by a friend to install a 5 channel amp, and custom box. They needed to add a terminal for my box, so they used one that was just bigger than the hole, so 1 screw was screwed in the box, the other 3 was screwed in the hole lol. They left all the plastic shavings hanging from the hole they drilled into a plastic cubby hole for my bass knob, left all the rubbish/clipping in my truck, and all my stuff, plastic trim they took out was in the bed of my truck while it was raining.

Had little more stuff, but I wouldn't recommend that place to anyone.

Yikes! I guess with audio shops, its a hit or miss. Everyone has different experiences at different shops. Usually it all depends on the installer, what type of mood they are in (sad but its true), how busy they are, and how the business is doing. The person that worked on my car is Chris G, the kinda taller flip guy, hella cool. JSP does get pretty busy, people just show up without an appointment and that can throw off a lot of things and make the installers have to rush. My tip is to watch them doing the work and never drop your car off and leave it with them. When you watch them, they are more likely to make a cleaner install and handle your vehicle better.

Ehh never been good with electrical wiring. Don't want to touch it, I may end up doing some irreversible damage. I'd rather pay to have someone do it properly & be able to bring it back to them if it ever fucks up lol.

Maybe, when I went only had 2 guys, Q and someone else.

Yea, I'm sure every shop has at least 1 complaint, and I used to have a guy do my installs, but he moved, then turned into a crackhead lol. So far Security & Sounds system, and Progressive Audio have never disappointed me.

In the end, go where makes you happy lol

    Hello all,
I have been watching videos and did a lot of reading. Seems easy and less scary now with some understanding. I also bought some wire harnesses from ********* to make my install easy. Now it’s just planning on where to mount my amp and my loc, and how I am going to route the wires under the carpet. I figured I’ll just buy a 5 channel amp and lc7i and just upgrade my sound system all around.

Would anyone be interested in a rockford prime r750-1d? $220 Brand new, unused Since I changed my mind on amp. Location Waipahu. Send me a pm.
