Not sure who makes the Icon RXT springs (deaver)...?
But at least you can arrange it in three different configuration's depending on lift height and or load carrying capabilities...!
I have a set that I haven't installed yet so can't give any feedback but thought I'd throw that out there.

I would call deaver and let them know you want something similar to j66, maybe add an overload leaf for height/firmness. Call them they will point you in the right direction.

I'm not sure why this is so misunderstood but every leaf pack is capable of being configured to support different capacities. It's literally just adding or a removing a leaf.

I am running the J66 Deaver, seems to be fine, not bottoming out with the 8100s. Softest Deaver offers other than custom pack. The extended Kings will give more droop than the 8100s. Although, the J66 claims 1.75”, but looks like 3”

    Yep....
It's just that the RXT springs come with that leaf allowing for three different setups...
Not sure if they are as good or better then other brands but they give choices that are included with purchase.

They all do. The difference is Icon marketed it. Deaver, OME can be adjusted by removing a leaf.

I just want to make sure people are aware that this isn’t a benefit or a feature not offered with other leaf packs simply because they don’t understand.

Wasn't aware the other brands came with the extra leaf...
Might have gone with deaver had I known that.
Good to know as it's great to have choices.

Deaver packs come with 8+ leaves. And all leaf packs, including the factory ones can be disassembled and leaves added or taken out.

Ok just to clarify, you say leafs can be added or taken out this we already know but do the other brands come with an extra leaf to add or do you buy one if you need it...?
I know you can buy the heavy spring pack or standard pack and remove springs but if you want to add one you have to then buy it...?
    RXT springs include this already.
Not saying there better just that to me it seems easier.

"included" is just a marketing ploy. ALL Leaf packs "include" extra leaves. Yes you'd have to buy extra leaves if you want to increase the capacity.

Or you can call Deaver and tell them what you're looking for and they'll assemble a pack to your specs from day one.

You can buy added leafs. A single leaf from Deaver is $100 I think. When I went from Stage 1 to Stage 2 they sent me a single leaf to add to the pack.

The other option is buy the whole pack and take out what you want.

im conflicted between icon rxt and dekars..

i dont haul much.. so having a stiff leaf pack isnt a must.. i want a smooth ride with a 3 inch rear lift.. which one will be the best for me? is there a light rear pack that gives 3 inch lift?

Icon AAL and leave the overload spring in if you want the 3" height. Mine rides smooth as butter.

I have the Toytec Boss leafpack which is essentially a Deaver 10-leaf leafpack (I believe). It rides fairly well without weight, although rides much better with a couple 60lb sand bags in the bed. Outside of a little noise, which is remedied by power washing usually, they have been great. Seem completely bullet proof!

Link: You can reach out to Carsen @Toytec Lifts for more details if you want them, great group of people!
