    My door jam says 29lbs, I run mine at 33lbs. That’s just what I choose to do. Also, I think getting a good accurate tire pressure gauge is the key. Those old pencil shaped gauges are junk and a waste of time.

    As others have stated, run "the chalk test".
    Tire pressures will need to be different then the recommended pressure on the jam sticker if you have E load tires and carry the rig laden.

    Far better off using a pressure calculator properly. Chalk test won’t have you putting in enough air to account for dynamic loads while driving.

    Gee, I suppose I've been doing it wrong for over 40 years. My last set of Coopers lasted almost 60k miles (approximately 50/50 highway and off highway driving).
