Yeah, ive had 3 free maintenance appointments at Cobb First one was tire rotation that i had 2 missing lugs after the work and then an oil change that i had to return because it was leaking oil from the filter housing. So 2/3 they get a failing mark. I think their techs suck. Maybe the routine maintenance gets the D squad techs but thats my experience.

Its been a few years but I always had great service at Cobb County Toyota. Alot of the guys I used to deal with are gone. I still by parts from them online since I am a couple hours away.

I've bought two new trucks from them... honestly I'll probably never do business with them again.

First truck was a pain in my asre over leaf springs and vibrations it was in the shop for 12 days straight.

So I ended up trading it in on a new 4x4 that had a small ding on the door, (Brand New) I tried to get them to take it off the price and they insisted they could have in house guys fix it in one day no problem. Well that turned out to be a 3-4 day job.

Then the oil change lackeys are very sloppy leaving oil all over the bottom of the engine where they took off the filter and didn't wipe it down.

I could go on but you get the point hopefully.

Good experiences seem to vary from dealer to dealer and salesman to salesman...just like many retail establishments. I helped my son by a new Tacoma in 2019. We had a good price (over the phone) from Cherokee County Toyota but on the way down I decided to call Cobb County Toyota just for kicks and the sales guy gave us a better price on the first pass (no haggling) on the exact same truck (literally since they are the same company/owners). They had one of the exact model he wanted. The deal went through without a hitch and no surprises. The finance guy tried to play some tricks buts that's pretty typical. I was glad everything went well since it was my son's first vehicle purchase.

You can order parts online at Beaver, get the 20% off price, and pick them up at the dealership, saving shipping costs.

The best part is getting the 20% discount locally.

I didn't think you needed one.

I've never ordered online from them - only heard about doing it from a customer while I was standing at the parts counter.

What he said... Order online and pickup at Cobb County Toyota off of Barrett Pkwy. CCT does good warranty work too, if you ever need it.
