    bilstein set at 1.75, Racho 5000 rear with 4 leaf kit, floor mats, high lift jack, pull hook in hitch, bed rail corner braces, severe duty brake pads and devil horns on the grill....
    All because they didn't have a good way to block the wheels...a chuck of 6x6 with eyes and a chain around the axle would have got the truck out with the winch. And why didn't they WALK the crossing first?

    They had been across several times, last time not so good. I think they could have spun the wheels of the recovery truck to "block" the wheels in the sand. Extricate the water bound truck, move onto the recovery truck. Still think getting stuck is half the fun, just not so much in deep water, I know, bogged down in like 3-3 1/2 feet of water, got pulled right out. Water got up to the bottom of the pass seat and fried some sensors for air bag and seat occupency.
