Recovery Hook question

Need some help. I have a 2018 TRD OR DC. Due to a front bumper change I can’t use the heavy recovery hook on the passenger side. Do other models have a different towing point? Or are they all like mine. Here is the type I have ( pics are both from other members):

Does it use the same two mounting holes?

This is not a recovery point. This particular point is for Tie down only (for instance, while tied down onto a wrecker)

Thanks. After @SC4333 let me know it’s just a tie down hook I think i’ll List mine and order an aftermarket that will work with my new bumper. Thanks for the replies.
