    After the sanding that I could do, it was sand blasted, acetone wash, 2 coats of primer, and now the bed liner

    Well holy shit that's a pain in the ass to do by yourself. Ratchet straps and dead blow hammer ftmfw to keep it held up so you can beat it in to place. I've gotta wire up the back up lights still and then do some touch up but it's done!!! Had to add my broncos license plate to rep the team too :D

    When I cut mine, I cut in the bend right at the spring hanger. Just enough so if it hits a rock it will miss the hanger. But still push most of the exhaust out away from the body
