red blinking RR DIFF LOCK light question

This might be a really stupid question.. but I see a red blinking RR DIFF LOCK light .. idk what I pressed or If i been driving with my RR differential locked this whole time? I must of pressed a button by accident, I hope I didn’t cause any damage.. what do I do ??

my truck is a 4x4
