He just mentioned the 7am thing the other day. Just cause 100 vehicles need to be checked in and teams need their numbers and decals of sponsors. The Holston lake location was posted a while back

 

Were either of those posted here or sent in email? If so, I missed them. If they were sent in the gosh awful GroupMe's then shame on him lol.

 

Yea, I need to know a location on where to actually meet. I am coming from Texas so will need a half day of driving Wed night, then a full day of driving Thursday, but need to know where to go and what not so we can plan.

If it keeps up on organization... I may rethink this trip all together to be honest and then just save my PTO and money for a better organized trip...

 

I basically agree with you. Also, my teammate may be getting a new job and there may be complications with that so I may just sacrifice and not go lol. We'll see. NEED MOAR INFO RAWRR

 

Yea I was looking at my PTO and so forth and trying to plan everything out. Had to scratch FJ summit since this trip may take 32 hours of my PTO... I am already going to TN in September for the Appalachian Round Up as that was a ton of fun... is two TN trips this year worth it? I am not sure.

 

we are doing Moab the first week of May so that eats my vacation time pretty good. I'm hoping this was just going to be a single day (Friday June 2nd), but without firm information of where or when we are supposed to be places idk if I need to take any of Thursday off too.

Just head up after work on Thursday and camp. I'm just getting a hotel Thursday. I took the week off before the rally and a personal day the day after

 

that's my current idea for a "plan" but how long does Sunday last for the rally?

 

I have Moab in October, but really wanted to get to Colorado this year... Guess I need to really decide what to do this year.

I did the drive from Tyler, TX to Oliver Springs, TN last year and will do it again on Labor Day for the Appalachian Toyota Round Up... it is a long drive that is not best to do in one day, you really need to stop at least one night to rest and everything. So doing that drive twice this year... not sure...

 

I haven't gotten any emails, and don't have the groupme thing, which sounds like a nightmare anyway. Information would be nice, either here or in emails. I don't need discussion, I need firm decisions to be made and handed down through typical communication chains.

 

What's your email. I'll send Zack a message that you aren't getting emails. There's a few that have come out

 

No pertinent information will be given on GroupMe. NONE. All "need to know" information will be sent via email. Some competitors aren't using groupme.
