I muted both of the Group Me groups for it. I feel like any information is not that useful for some reason. I would like to get some updates though from email. Hopefully organization improves before the rally.

Guess we shall see, still have like 90 days or so till the rally.

Is there a Facebook Page or anything for it? I feel like it would be pretty easy to post info for stuff on a Facebook page instead of an email that happens to have CC and not BCC all the people on it....

I hate group messages too, especially for important information.

Not to my knowledge. I wish there was a page or something. Just wish I knew if all of the Group Me's were just participants chatting or if it is the people running it saying important information.

I posted in the Technical Chat asking if we can get a Facebook page or something for the rally where people can ask questions and get answers from people and then be able to find it later... and also get important information from the organizers in an easy to read format that people can then ask questions on and see the answers instead of an email that has everyones email address CC'd instead of BCC'd... unless someone wants a Reply All...

Just participants chatting and talking junk to each other. And the other one is supposed to be strictly for rally info.

Ok, I am in that one as well, but still don't want to read through hundreds of messages to find anything important. If it wasn't sent in one of the information emails, I won't know about it. Group Me was not a good idea IMO.

I go in there cause I'm bored. It's mostly the same people posting all the time. If something important comes thru I'll share it here.

Yep... sounds like the Tacoma's need to dominate at this rally...

I think he said something like a 8ish/9ish A.M. start on Friday. I'm driving up Thursday night so I don't have to get up super early.

I believe we need to be at the start point at 7am. We are hoteling it Thursday night to get one last shower in before the rally. Lol. And this way I can make sure all the gear is set and ready to go
