They do have red stitching in the seats. The seats are black if you do the red stitching, which works out well for a UGA fan like myself.

Porno Red would not look good in a Tacoma at all.

I'm not sure if it's a Pro only thing or not but mine has red stitching.

I was born in Georgia, my brother went to UGA and I have a bulldog so I have a soft spot for UGA but living in Fargo, my loyalties (ignoring divisional differences!) have shifted to NDSU. :D

    Cool stuff
Might be a pro thing but I know it was a standard feature on the early models .... I have the 19 off-road tech and I have the black leather / black stitching

Mine’s a ‘17 and has the red Scarlet Letter panels and the red accent stitching on the cloth seats:

That's a brave sumbitch there, with the bog roll on the phone mount. I've seen people break a window for less.

Edit. The more I zoom, the more interesting it gets...

Well, add this to the list of things I never knew I needed until I logged onto TW: a damned billhook. :annoyed:

Careful carrying that knife/machete in your truck. In most states, that's illegal to carry in your vehicle as it's a concealed weapon.

Good point for anyone reading - it’s totally illegal here and many other places.
Back to the red panels, tho; see, OP, no one even cares about the red panels if your vehicle interior is interesting in other ways.

Edit: deleted some sort of giraffe picture that cropped up without my permission.

If the police have reason to suspect you're carrying it as a weapon, then yes. A baseball bat in the back seat, with no other baseball equipment, can definitely be considered a weapon. It comes down to suspected intent.

My advice, use common sense. If you can explain "why" you're carrying your gear, you'll be fine.

Long ago I got pulled over, in the back seat there was a ski mask (the all black burglar style one) I was detained for about 2 hours because they thought I was breaking into things with it... in reality, I live in MN, it was winter, and I had been sledding a few days earlier, but since I didnt have sleds in my 2 door coupe they didnt believe that.

If the OP is new to Tacomaworld, this thread is a trending to become a solid onboarding experience.
