Sorry for thd late update but I barely went to court in April of this year for the arraignment I pleaded not guilty, I forgot to mention that they made a mistake when they issued the ticket, my mom is the registered owner so when I got the ticket they put my moms last name which isn't the same as mine and they dismissed the case !!!

The cop that shows up on behalf of the city even had a laptop with the video and dhe showed me thd video before the judge called my case and she Recommended that I just plead guilty so I can still attend traffic school, I told her that the person who's name was on the ticket wasn't me and she insisted that I plead guilty since the picture clearly showed that it was me. I refused to plead guilty and I told her I want to contest the charges.

So if they make minor clerical errors fight it even if they make it seem like u will lose cause they only care about getting your money!!
