here is the shackle mount i think all the welds came out looking great, the grinding i feel like would have been better if i would have ground untill i thought it was perfect then painted with gloss black and ground out the imprefections.

you can see a little welding splatter i missed.

Here is the light bessel (not sure that i used that word correctly) It was aluminized steel, i didn't know that welding splatter is impossible to get off aluminized steel so i have welding splatter in the light holes here is a pic, its not that bad.

here u can see a few little grinding errors and the 2 little pit holes on the top, i know i am really being picky about this and i think that overall it looks amazing and will look flawless from even 5 feet but when you really look at it it's not perfect.

got the front torn down and you can see the grill support is gone, wait untill you see how tight the winch fits.

now the silly little plastic thing that helps support the grill is gone and you can see she got some bbq black paint on that radiator, no pic of it but the lights behind the grill were never perfectly level i removed the right one and lowed it by adding 2 lock washers.

winch sitting in place, im going to need a new roller fairlead im thinking aluminum but stilll a roller or maybe the pollished look. getting the bolts in after the powdercoating was very very hard. the strap is because the bumper with winch was too much for the sawhorses they slid apart this made the bumper with winch land on my foot and scratch the powdercoating on the left side, oh well it was going to happen some time.
