AOP was awesome this weekend. Had a ball with old friends and made some new ones. The weather was perfect, the truck did awesome and came home in one piece.

I dropped down from my usual 15psi to 12. Felt fantastic.

I did shred a valve stem on George Winter Trail. @JBTacoma had one of these, thankfully. Installs from the outside. 5 minute job. I’ll definitely be adding these to my trail repair supply. Thanks, Jeff!

My bedside got intimate with a tree at one point, but it’s just a flesh wound.

    Stand by for wheeling pics...

@JimboAnz captured the big drop-in of trail 41. That was a good one. It was good to meet you! Hope you get your rear end nursed back to health soon. o_O

How much tubing did you end up using for your rear bumper? Got a friend that is going to get me a deal on some steel so I can build mine

To be honest, I don’t exactly remember. I’ll grab some measurements off the truck and try to give you a better idea. It wasn’t a lot though. Everything I used is in the bed here.

Also used some 3/16 plate I had laying around for gussets.

 I'd appreciate it. Hoping to get this thing built in the next month and a half. Really needed it at Windrock and this last weekend at Superlift

    @Justinogo

Have 62” of the 2x2 tube total between both wings.

The 4” channel iron across the back is 62” as well.

48” of 4”x1/4” plate for the frame plates

2’ of 1.5”x1.5” tube for the wing supports

2’ of 1.25x1.25” tune for the hitch supports

About 1’ of 3/16” plate for the frame plate gussets

These are measurements from the truck. Buy al little extra.

You're awesome! Thanks man, I'll try to adapt those numbers to my plan and get them to my guy so I can get some metal coming :spending:

The metal won’t be expensive. I have $56 in steel in mine.

I HIGHLY recommend finding access to a plasma cutter and bandsaw if you can. Can’t imagine doing it all with a cutoff wheel.

Cut & broke off stuff. Prolific ziptie and tape usage.
River City Metals here will cut to length when you buy. Not sure how accurate they can be or how many cuts before they start charging labor. You can get a few scrap drops out of the bin for free too usually.

 Doing it in a buddy's shop with a plasma and a MIG. My cutoff wheels would never cut it haha
