We did it as one long day which included the hike into the canyon to the cliff house. The hike was about 2 miles 1way.

It wasn't really that bad at all. A bunch of it could have been done in a 2wd the rest was just some minor 4x.

This looks amazing. Did you have to get and special permission for this loop? I found prat of this trail but was wondering what roads you took out?

No issues with permission its open out there. Its the North side of the canyon that you are not allowed to access and has a locked gate. Here is the full loop from town we did. PM me your email if you would like and I can always shoot you the gpx file.

Thanks for sharing! From what I have been reading this area is amazing and not that many people take the time to get there. Should be fun!

Is Reddington Pass still a tire eater? I went through there a few years back and the section just east of the top of the pass was full of endless sharp rocks that looked hungry for tires.

Well that's good to know. I know the section from Tanque Verde is decent, but on the top east of the pass was a completely different story when I was last up there.
