    Mine are about 10 years old. No issues at all with their operation. Mounting however... The bracket at the fender loosens up. I'm going to rivet it eventually.

    I agree with everyone else... No issues, if installed correctly.... Get a set u won't regret, just take your time and follow the directions.. measure twice, drill once..

    If I had to guess the hinges themselves are actually seized causing the hinges to get bent and raise the back of the hood
