    The install was easy...my son and I had it done in about an hour.

    The top brackets are secured using rivets and the bottom brackets use self tapping screws (all included, of course)...you could use rivets on the bottom, but it'd be difficult to maneuver your rivet gun for placement.

    ...or if you've got a Harbor Freight nearby, they've got 'em for cheap too. Just remember that they're made in China so don't expect it to last long enough to put in your Will for your kids. :rolleyes:

    How do you guys close your hoods with this? Slam it shut? I noticed after closing hood by applying direct hand pressure (not lifting up hood and dropping it) that I have a few dents on hood.

    Whats the best way to close hood that have dampeners on them
