I will say everybody gripes about their new springs squeaking but they don’t make any noise on that rc something squeaks in the front but idk what, I’m gonna put some aftermarket upper control arms that’ll make um ride a lot better.

Let me know if that fixes the squeak. I've always assumed that it was the upper control arms.

It’ll prolly be after I get that bumper, I’m guessing it’s that or a bushing in the lca. I know when I did uca on my other truck when you hit a bump it didn’t go all over the place, I’ve got some low mile ome shocks for the back may put some new coil overs on the front.

I'm jealous. I'd love to have a RC. There's just something classic about a RC truck

Yea this is like an updated more powerful/comfortable version of my 92. Made me realize my true favorite Toyota is a 4cyl 4x4 5speed.
Lol yea it’s probably earned a spot by my 05 till they both die, gotta see some pics! You get those tags?

I did get the tags. Thanks! I'll post some pics and start a thread soon. Even with the off road package, it's going to need a lift and new tires. I'm going to put an ARB bumper and a winch on this one too.

Good deal! Yea man I like my lift I’ve got on my dclb it’s kinda 50/50 I’ve got king coil overs and dobinson rear springs/shocks. Get some upper control arms too you’ll be amazed how much better the ride can be, I love the look of my arb bumper but get heavier coils to makeup for the bumper/winch. I recommend you get some skid plates too you beat on the factory ones and their a soda can

Excellent idea! Some armor underneath is certainly in the future.

Here's a pic. Only mod so far is the bed mat that everyone likes. Trailer brake controller is next, then the lift.

Ended up having to get a new caliper after that ease out broke the mechanic at work helped me drill it and drilled to far so new bleeder screw wouldn’t stop the leak. So that and some new ceramic pads and crown brake lines and she’s back on the road.
