    2003 2.7L manual trans.

I noticed reduced power (feels like it's operating ~70%) and rough running while driving my taco. Along with this, I can really feel a pronounced shake in the shifter.
Looking under the truck, I saw that my downstream 02 bolts had rusted off so the sensor was just barely sitting in there - naturally, I replaced this which seemed to help at first, but then the behavior returned.

So, I moved on to cleaning the MAF and then replacing it entirely. This seemed to help on cold start as my truck runs normally but if I turn it off and crank it while it's still warm, the reduced power and rough running returns.

Maybe plugs? The CEL isn't on but that doesn't mean the bulb hasn't burned out. I haven't scanned it.

You can check the CEL bulb easily- all the dashboard lights should be on for a second as the truck starts.

Start with the plugs and wires. Also know that the brand of the sensors your replacing matters. Denso for the o2 sensor, and OEM for the MAF. If you went with another brand you're asking for trouble.

Yeah I always go Denso, especially for plugs. Thanks for the reply.

BUCKLE UP! It makes it harder for Aliens to pull you out of your Truck.
Always start with plugs. Make sure the egr is functioning correctly. Replace all those dry rotted vacuum lines you’re looking at, too.
