Regular cab, 2wd, and SR5 package possible?

Ordering from MA, the configuration below is impossible (no Sr5 available).
Is there any state where it can be ordered like that? I would even be willing to go prerunner if you could stay in regular cab.

I've seen a PreRunner version like that, but the guy could have swapped the I painted parts for the painted with another Tacoma. If you don't care for the painted SR5 parts, you should be able to order convience package items as a seperate item.

Example, my '14 PreRunner, DC is a base, but has every convience option with the SR5 package, except the painted bumpers and chrome. It's almost perfect for me as I like the black bits on the outside, and don't care for chrome.
