    These are 4X Innovations HREW 60" long rock sliders with kickouts, for 2004-older REGULAR cab Tacomas & pickups or 2002-older 4Runners. $75.00. Located in Salt Lake City, UT. No shipping.

    They will need new legs and mounting plates for one or both sides depending on your vehicle. They are new, I'm just a bit OCD and I don't like how they fit on my 2003 Tacoma single cab due to the shape of the bed sheet metal here:

    I still have them but it looks like you have an extra cab and these are even a bit short on my regular cab.
