19 Tacoma TRD 4WD

I only get 15 to 15 1/2 after lift and wheels running 87 regular 90/10 blend. I’ve ran 89 pure gas the last 2 tanks and get high 17s. It’s not worth it at 80 cents more but it has to be better for the engine.
