Which one is better to use for your Tacoma?

    Why is regular better?
    Why is premium better?

Interested in what you all think about this.

Totally serious. I know people who swear that premium is better, and others that swear regular is just fine. What do you guys think?

Premium is needed in boosted applications or high compression motors. Pretty much any N/A normal passenger vehicle can run on mid.

I was at vatozone yesterday and the red neck working there said all new gas cars need to run on premium or else they might explode. And that the black box will tell the dealer if you're using low octane and they will void your engine warranty.

Also might as well throw some Gatorade in the fuel tank. Its got electrolytes.

I really must take issue with taco206's references above...."redneck" is one word
