I agree the wider looks better but I was looking to get the most traction possible for the terrain I'm on 90% of the time. They also rub a little less a full lock.

Added two stock leaves to my stock leaf pack. Hopefully it helps handle the load of the cap and the other junk in my bed until I can get something better. I should get longer U-bolts as well. Bolts are almost flush with the end of the nut.

I did a poor job a taking measurements but the driver side was 20" from hub to fender with just the stock leaves and 22.75" with the 2 extra leaves added.

Looks good man! How long did it take you? Trying to gauge how much time I'll need to do the chevy leaves.

Probably took 4 hours. It's pretty easy. It was nice having the frame just done. All the bolts came off nice and easy! See if you can find a good drill bit. I killed 2, one just a regular bit and the other was titanium. One thing I didn't do was add spring clamps. I'm hoping the u-bolts are tight enough to prevent them from fanning out.

Redneck high flow exhaust lol. It actually sounds kinda nice too. I'm hoping to put a 50 series on soon, but it's not high on the list.

I'll measure when I get back home from the holidays. I know they are longer than stock and that they are for the inverted u-bolts (stock). I am flipped and didn't realize the all pro ones were extended stock style instead of flipped

Installed a new 3rd member last night with 4.88s and ARB locker! The install went surprisingly smooth. Still need to figure out what I want to do for an air supply.
I'm hoping Tuesday to get to the front. It is a bit of an uneasy feeling not having 4wd right now especially with the 4ft of snow we've had in the last week but the Coopers are doing great!

Got 2 of the 4 switches completely wired. I still need to run the out going wires to the winch and compressor whenever I get that.

Took a drive on a muddy/snowy county road tonight to put miles on the new rear end and to see how it handled with the driver front being locked all the time when in 4wd and add disconnected. There is a noticeable pull to the right when shifting gears. Not a big deal as of now, not sure how it will be when doing 55 on snow covered roads.

Did you get replacement diffs with the gears and lockers installed? Or did you install them yourself? I'm going to 4.56 with ARBS and thinking about doing it myself.

I went with ECGS and just got the whole 3rd with with gears and locker installed. The front I had bought off ToyRyd04 a year or so ago. It was pretty easy to do. The front just kinda sucked because of the tight space and trying to bench press and play tetris at the same time lol I'd be more than willing to help when you want to put them in as I'm sure others are lol

Thanks! I appreciate the offer to help with the install as it's uncharted territory for me. I've watched a dozen videos on ARB lockers and gears for different vehicles and it doesn't seem too hard. Let me know if you ever need a hand as well!

ECGS is awesome to deal with. In retrospect, it would have been a lot easier to go with the pre-assembled 3rd from ECGS and ship back my core, but I got a discount on the lockers through a group buy so I bought the gears separate. I'm still collecting the last few parts I need and making sure I've got all the necessary tools...should be another week or so.

I went the 3rd route because 1 I know nothing about setting gears and 2 they have a great warranty. Couldn't you sent them the locker and have had them install that with gears from them? Once you have the gears all setup I'll know how to help lol

I've already had ECGS ship me 3 packages of gears and the associated rebuild kits. I would feel like I dick shipping it all back with the lockers and telling them to put it together at this point. If I can get my hands on a the measurement tool, measuring and setting backlash doesn't seem all that difficult.
