    It won't fit under your oem cover unless you modify it, or you modify this skin. Wish i knew this before i bought mine, so learn from mistake.

    So just go thru the website? Still $89 for the non-ribbed? Any issues with plastic fitting over the non-ribbed one?

    They should have the same exact dimensions whether it be smooth or ribbed. The factory skin has molded tabs on the back as well as a lip on the outer edge of the oem skin which will not allow you to bolt it together, well im sure you can manage, but you're going to have a 1/4 gap underneath the oem skin and the op skin. I can take pictures some pictures, but I really hate taking the screws in and out of the shitty oem plastic grommets that break so frequently.

    One suggestion. Take pics of product on the actual vehicle also. There are multiple pics from every angle of the product on the ground, but not one of it on the vehicle.

    Agreed. We were able to get pictures of the smooth one, then the weather went to shit ever since. I planned on getting updated pictures this Saturday.

    Hopefully they are still marked down a little when the pictures come up. I want one but I want to see it on first. Why would toyota make week tailgates :facepalm:
