Rek gen mudflaps

Anyone have the rek gen mudflaps that can speak on their fitment? I’m running 265/65/17’s on 17x8.5 with +14 offset. Looking to move to a 265/70/17 with the same wheels, but wanting to avoid having to remove my mudflaps if possible, was wondering if the rek gen’s offer anymore clearance compared to the OEM flaps. Any info is appreciated

 

I actually just installed a set of Rek Gen's two days ago on my 2019 TRD Off-Road - I'm on the stock Goodyear Wrangler tires though.

They should fit. I have them with 285/70r17 only rub a bit in the front at full lock but once I hammer the pinch weld it will give a bit more clearance. Can’t speak to off road yet. First pic is front tire.

 

Sure, they might be of some help. Did you pay any attention to before and after they were installed on how close your tread was to them? From the pictures @smiles2 uploaded, it looks like they may actually even be closer since the flap is flat and the OEM’s are kind of pocketed on the inside

 

Here's fitment of the Rek Gen stock size flaps on stock tires. I only did the driver side, but you can imagine the mirror image for the passenger side.
