1/4" Aluminum IFS Skid protecting the front diff and sump on your Tacoma. Will fit all 2005+ Tacomas. Get all the protection without all the weight, no worries about rusting either.

The skid is in NEW condition. It was mounted to test fit and then unmounted. The truck was never driven with the skid on.

I have decided to keep my factory skid instead of upgrading to this beefy aluminum skid.

    SOLD

Does anyone know if this skid requires you to use relentless t case, mid, etc. skids or can you use other brand skids to complete an armor setup? Also, has anyone heard of the durability of the aluminum skids?

Well the Aluminum is softer than steel so it will gouge more if you are dragging it across rocks. I would not recomend aluminum if you wanted to rock crawl. For easy-med trails it is strong added protection that will save your sump and diff.

As far as compatability they will come close to other mid skids (the only skid it meets) but the manufacturers havent standardized the hole spacing so you may have to drill new holes in one skid or the other.
