I agree, this for me is all about the understanding. Especially for a small fabricator.

Call out relentless specifically for this one.
For instance in communities like this, if your a small fabricator, you can not forget who built you. He would not be in business if it was not for TW. I started following his work in 2011. He has always been a kick ass fabricator. But in 6 years of growth it seems he has forgotten he is supplying the people of TW.

If you want to stay small stay small take 1 order/ what you can handle at a time.
If an order comes in that's too big turn it down, or take a $20 call back place in line holder. (ie I'll call you back when I can fit you in) Don't take half a deposit if you cant do it and not make good on a quote.

Just a bunch of old crap
Well, previous threads on this situation had honest and accurate posts (from actual witnesses) deleted from them by admins, and all it did was leave Relentless comments instead. Made them look like angels.

Look, if you're going to run a business and offer your products to the masses, you need to have all of the parts in place to do it successfully. Great fabwork can get you so far.. but when you grow, you NEED to have a decent business manager and good communication. Even if it's just the guy sweeping the floors, if he's a good communicator and/or can help keep the business organized, then use him. Maximize your resources, or throttle back your customer's expectations in an honest and VISIBLE way.

TC 3.5 LT, RCV axles, Demello sliders, BD light bar/fogs, LP6, DMZ rear, SOS skids, custom bumper, King 16" triples, Locked-on hydro rear bumps...
I had a similar instance with Demello off road which I'm used to their delays. At the same time I understand they are in demand as a fab shop. They were very apologetic and responsive to me during the extended process. IMO the fab business is very hit or miss in time tables, but if you don't have the honest sense to provide customer service knowing your customer is about to get screwed on their time table cause of the shops situation, then the least they can do is be available and transparent on the phone. Not that a shop needs to do any of this, but there is competition for a reason as other companies with the proper business will likely get my coin. I'm not surprised at all in this review as my buddy has had similar in dealing with relentless. His experience alone bumped them off my radar long ago.

    Exactly

Well one the admins is close buddies with Eric. Not gonna say names here but could be why the mod deleted certain things to make relentless look better

Gotta thread link? I specifically do not moderate any relentless bitching session because of folks like you that make assumptions about things you have no fucking clue about.

Never even saw the thread. Don’t know who started it and didn’t have any input in it. Saw the other comment and simply threw out a neutral possible response.

Also, for equality sake didn’t even tag anyone to avoid this situation.

    Wants to avoid “situation.”

Claims TW admin edits posts to make friendor look good, anyway - but doesn’t use names. Just “Eric’s close mod buddy.”

So you never saw the thread but you claimed the thread was cleaned up by Eric's friend who is an admin?

And people wonder why bullshit comments get cleaned up?

Wasn’t me who brought it up. I in fact had no clue about the last relentless “review” bs thread.

I tied the reply above me (a different member) who accused the mods of that and gave a possible connection WITHOUT accusing or naming anyone. No harm. No foul. Didnt wanna get involved in this this shitshow when I have no issue against the company really or anyone.

I even have a relentless rear myself.

Gentlemen, I believe there was a problem with the OP linking images in the original post off his mobile. He then reposted from his computer.

This is some of what's left of the post. I can't recover more of it because it looks like it was handed in PMs and most of it was deleted without explanation
    Screenshot_20171102-124311.jpg

I think some of this might have come down because it was in a first gen thread, not really a place for vender review or product review.

He said "previous threads." Not this thread. The only editing in this thread has been done by the OP.
