I'll throw you on the list. That price is correct and shipping should be in the neighborhood of $60 iirc. I would prefer not to powdercoat due to the possibility if scrapes/scratches during shipping.
I'll start at the end of the month. Got just a few more bumpers, then I'll start on these. :)

So, I was looking at the damage picture of the Demellos in this thread

    http://www.toyotanation.com/forum/showthread.php?t=261937

(takes a while to load, but eventually comes up)

And then I was looking at this picture:

    015_f9d9908b59911f6ce95c207f9d18e1477c80d136.jpg

Now, in that pic, the front of the truck is down in the pic, right?

To my eye, it seems like the cantilever distance from the last forward frame support to the end of the forward slider is a bit extreme. Is there a reason the last forward support is so far back from the end?

The longer the unsupported distance, the lighter the hit it'll take to overcome the strength of the sliders and force a bend up into the body.

No. The front of the truck is the top of the pic. Get a tape and measure your frame and see where you would have to mount the sliders. These are in the correct spots to support any hit and the entire weight of truck. The legs should be around (front to back) 7 on center / 20 / 39 / and last leg at 64. On a 82 inch rail. And this will support the truck accordingly

Alright guys, i'm going to officially open up this group buy now! I'm finishing up my last 4 plate bumpers so I'll be building the sliders for you guys within 2 weeks. whoever is anxious can send me their $125 deposits via paypal, but for the first couple on the list i'd prefer full payment minus their shipping which will be determined upon completion of the sliders in order to get them out quicker. At the moment, it looks like I'll be able to build a set of sliders a day so I should be able to run down the list pretty quick! :)

yep! after a little practice from building a few sets, it looks like a full work day will be enough to build a set of them(w/kickouts might be a little longer ). :)
