There customer service is sorely lacking. Sent an email, called and left a message several weeks ago, crickets. Pelfreybilt II?

I hope you folks that ordered parts receive them.

I got my Relentless tailgate skin fast and without issue

 

We reply to all emails and voicemails within a business day unless there's some sort of special circumstance that requires additional time to get the appropriate answer. Phone does not always get answered as we're a small business and 'wear multiple hats' so one may be welding or shipping and not in the office answering each call but voicemails get called back a few times a day.

Feel free to PM me on here with questions/concerns as well. I check in on TW a couple times a day Mon-Fri.

 

Not sure what went wrong, but I've had to order front and rear bumpers twice (got in an accident) and each time the proccess took 6 months + and they were excellent in getting back to me. I specifically remember talking to Brittany the most. Hope it works out for you. There bumpers saved my life getting rear ended.
