    I have a Warn 9.5 XPS (it looks similar to the one you have…) I had to adjust mine as well. After some research, all I had to do was remove the allen bolts and turn the end of the winch down two notches. You have to be careful not to pull it completely apart and pay attention to the small seal but if it’s the same as mine, then it should work.

    I watched several you tube videos about regreasing and cleaning the internals also which helped. If you haven’t already found a solution, let me know and I will see if I can find the videos. (It can be a bit intimidating because winches are expensive and you don’t want to screw it up.)

    I promoted this Bumper In other Tacoma social media groups last time around, which helped rally up enough orders. You can probably do the same to rally enough interest for another group buy. IMO
