I did last week. They said my bed rails are being produced with the current batch and should ship in the next few weeks.

 

Lead times listed on the Cargo bars are 4-6 weeks plus 1-2 weeks for coating if ordered with Powder coat. I think we're still on track on all our cargo bars at the moment, maybe 1 or 2 orders slightly over but the current batch is in build(30+ orders). We typically build a batch a month, with a couple extra sets thrown in to account for a few orders while we're building the batch.

 

I ordered January 15th. 3 bars powder coated with no additions..I was sad I hadn't hear anything by week 8 and was told today they would ship end of March or Early April. So I hate to say but that isn't on track for my order. Bummed I'm missing out on 1 RTT trip, and most likely my April trip too. I came on TW to see if others were having issues.

 

Looking at my orders you are nearly the oldest, so you're one of the few that may be slightly over(I count 7 weeks right now). I've got 65+ bars prepped in my shop right now, some of those will be heading to powder coat at the end of the week/beginning next week(built in order of oldest 1st) so depending on the turn around from the coater you may still actually be in the high end of the quoted window(8 weeks), or just slightly over. We're a 4-man shop, we do the best we can, but spring is always a very busy time between balancing smaller parts orders, and getting the holiday bumper orders out.

 

Im not talking smack, so please don't take it that way. I was just stating the facts of my order. This week is indeed week 8. Was told end of March or early April before I will receive my order per an email yesterday. I was bummed it will realistically be about 11 weeks before they are on my truck (assuming shipping takes a few days). I know you do good work, and I've seen your bars before and they were legit (hence my order from you). And I knew there was lead time. I just hadnt planned for the high end quoted time plus 2-3 extra weeks.

 

On second thought, It's all good. I can wait. Really in the scheme of things it's not a big deal. I know when I get it, ill be happy and life will be just fine. Cheers
