I have no idea what the AllPro method is or what their caps look like, but if they retrofit the frame end style to allow for the bumpers off 96/97/01-04's to mount directly then they're accomplishing the same thing as our caps and would likely work. We do bump up to an M12 bolt/nut in that cap, not sure what size they use in there.

 

Yeah. I had to do it when i put my allpro baja bumper.
Guess i shouldn't order the mount caps?

 

I have a 2000. Already but the horns and welded mount caps that came woth the bumper.
You think i should order the ones that come with your bumpers?

 

I think you'll be good, how are your caps set up? Do they have the nut or the bolt welded to the inside (i.e is there a bolt that comes out of the cap or is there a hole there)

That should let Eric know if they'll line up or not

 

You could order without and when you install the bumper if theres any issue with the existing caps call us and order ours. Most likely wont need them though

Are you guys going to have the aluminum option for the front bumper and full skidplate set?

 

The Skids are available in aluminum, the bumpers we are not offering in aluminum right now. Possibly in the future again, but no ETA for that

Can i put a winch on it?
If so. Which winch fits?

 

Yes our fronts are designed to be winch ready. We recommend 8000-9000lbs winches. A Warn M8000, VR9000 etc fits great. Just make sure the winch of choice has a relocatable control pack(they dont fit in the bumper, extend the leads and place under the hood, or you could potentially make a bracket and put it on top of the bumper). We dont recommend large bodied winches such as the Zeon series in our bumper.
