Install dashcam, get the footage and rot him in the jail. Or, keep dog in the truck certain time, and let him take the bite out of him.

BUCKLE UP! It makes it harder for Aliens to pull you out of your Truck.
Leave the truck open and put a rat trap under the passenger seat. Toss some fake $ under there, too

No area is immune. I grew up in a quiet town and was always the type to lock my vehicle, bike, etc. When vehicle break ins started happening people were shocked because "this doesn't happen here"..to which I'd tell people "that's why it's happening now..because many don't expect it, and from the thief's side it's better to go where you are less likely to have resistance much less violent consequences"

Exactly, if possible stop the behaviour/person completely. I like the camera idea especially for the house, I have dashcams in my truck but if someone gets in and sees them they're easy to remove/disable once inside.

This, though IDK if Toyota has an alarm or OP would need aftermarket. I had a voltage drop alarm on my old college car and it scared the piss out of a couple of people before..but that's the idea.

    See my post above.

Constructive suggestion: can you use a memory device like a flag reminding you to lock it? Perhaps hang it where you keep your keys as a reminder? One issue I have is putting stuff down and forgetting where it is later- it’s not a memory thing though, it’s an attention thing- I get too distracted by other thoughts and don’t notice where I leave stuff sometimes.

Seems like a great time for self reflection and personal growth.

That’s one of the things I like about having a physical key. Every time I get out, I have the key on my hand so I lock it intuitively

Congratulations, dickwad—you’re officially on the internet! Hope you enjoy your newfound fame.

See that flashy thing. I'm not sure that's a flashlight.

    Also, I hate spiders.

Oh, and white letters out :D

I own an M1 Garand in .30-06. If it ever comes down to self-defense, this guy’s in for a history lesson he won’t forget. Let’s hope it never gets that far, but I’m not taking any chances when it comes to my safety.

A while back you could arm your vehicle with a shocking theft deterrent, but, well, you would probably have to remember to, well, lock the vehicle to arm it.

    Nevermind :anonymous:
