I have a 2014 dcsb with navigation and I like the rear view camera. I'm getting new wheels and tires and want to go 285x75x16, am thinking about mounting the spare on a tail gate mount but it would block the rear view camera, has anyone relocated the tail gate handle camera so it works with a tail gate mounted spare?

I just relocated mine to my swing out on my rear bumper. Easy to do with the right brackets

Ill grab some pictures for you in the morning. My swingout/spare/table all block the handle. There is a hole where the camera was, but I may just epoxy that hole up or buy a factory non camera handle and install it. routing the wires is easy. Should only be 4 wires, I also extended my wires as well

Thx pngo, I'll check that out, did you remount the camera using that?

Thanks 4x4Taco, I'd appreciate that! I've searched for how people do this but haven't found any pics with the camera monted with a swingout. I like the locking handle you can buy and was thinking that might fit after moving the camera?

Np. I’m currently running stock bumper right now but once I switch to an aftermarket with swing out I’ll be purchasing that.
