I am almost ready to start my sound system install on my 06 DC, and have given a lot of thought to relocating my hazard/clock to the lower dash cubby, and modifying the OE opening for my Audio Control three.1 EQ.

I purchased an additional clock/hazard off Ebay for $10, and am trying to locate the center console (at a reasonable price) so that I can make any mods. be it ABS, fiberglass, etc. in the garage without the truck being down.

My question is, has anyone done anything like this, or have any input as to rather this is even possible? My other alternative is to simply mount the EQ inside the center console (out of site). This would obviously be better for security, but overall convenience would be compromised.

I have searched different forums, and have yet to find anything on this topic.

Any input/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

    Craig
