    I was skeptical also... until I hit a tree with my MTB handlebar about 3 weeks ago. (cart wheel and abrasions applied, free of charge!)
    Being 54yo, I don't heal as fast as a 20+yo someone.
    Wrist impact area swelled up a bit and was slightly red and angry but not broken.
    Day 3 put CBD salve on the area of ouchie and it was not immediate but the pain went away for 6hr.

    Thee finest western medical PA stated "that's a pretty good sprain.... how did you do this?"

    Reminds me of a local Legion hall that I played darts out of. Not sure if they didn't have Smoke-Eaters or something else but only bar I've been to that allowed smoking where my eyes hurt after an hour.

    I went home that night, tossed my clothes in the hamper and went to bed. Woke up 2 hours later and it was so bad you'd think 20 people were smoking in my bedroom at once. From then on anytime I went to that place I'd strip in the kitchen and throw my clothes into the basement.
