    Never got to see him, but I have seen a large number of my generation's music go on their anniversary reunion tours. Worse, they are starting to show up on the classic rock station and are being played as background music in department stores and elevators. :(:(

    I can live with hearing the stuff in stores, it's better than the crap I heard 30 years ago when I worked retail. I do agree re the reunion tours, there are some who just should have not made fools of themselves.

    I remember a local club (south of Boston MA) about 600 capacity having all the 80s bands come through there in the late 1990s. Cinderella, Dokken, Skid Row, Quiet Riot, Slaughter..so many more.
