    At my grade school, you can still hear the echos in the hallway.

    Some of the more sadistic teachers would come to woodshop and ask the teacher to have a specific kid make a paddle to their specs. They would tell the kid making it that they would be getting a taste of it before the end of the school year.

    I had a love hate relationship with Jr High woodshop because of this. We did a great job building what Mr Kinzer would call “The Board of Education” and most of us at some point or another got to personally try it out.

    Aftermarket headlight switch and a hand throttle.

    This car had no turn signals, Which is what the red and black switch is for. Non-self canceling.

    my Am /Fm 8 track died the final death about 2 years ago.

    My collection of 8 track tapes sits . I am looking for a player for the shop.

    For threatening your siblings when mom and dad weren't in the car.
    Also battery draining/testing device.
    I found out the hard way about the accelerator pump in the carb by "play racing". Also found why dad had a clothes peg in the glove box (to hold the throttle plate open)

    I always rememeber the (to me) strange way she pronounces "sehhcohnds," but only in the "and fifty seconds" variation, none of the others. Like there's gauze in her mouth or she's slightly drunk. The "conds" part is too thick & full-bodied.

    I remember when you could get a TV channel to come in clearer by setting the analog channel selector between channels. That was back when Hostess Fruit Pies and cans of bean dip tasted great because they were still made with lard.
